Pulao is such a versatile dish and can be a quick fix to busy lunch/dinners. It’s a good idea to have protein in every meal of the day and this recipe is a perfect way to have good carbs and protein into a single one pot meal.
This Paneer Pulao is not like the regular street style one. It’s mildly spiced, flavors mainly coming from whole spices popped in this dish. I have used only paneer here but you could also add other veggies like carrots, capsicum, cauliflower, etc. This recipe gets done in under 30 mins and is healthy, wholesome and filling.
