This Mushroom Clear Soup is a light, flavourful soup that can be a great accompaniment in cold weathers. This soup has a prominent taste of butter and garlic and has minimal ingredients that give just the right amount of flavour to this soup. I have used white button mushrooms here but you can use any. It also helps strengthen the immune system. Mushrooms are fat free and low in sodium thus aiding weight management. Besides this, they are also a good source of Vitamin B and D.
