This Mint Lemonade is an ultra refreshing drink and exactly what you would love to keep sipping on throughout the day during summers. It would be an overstatement if I even call this a recipe; it’s so simple and is a 5 min process to get this amazing fresh, homemade mint lemonade ready.

Mint leaves are rich in nutrients and also helps with indigestion. It has potent anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that help in treating acne prone skin. Mint is also an essential part of aromatherapy. It’s strong and refreshing smell can help beat stress and rejuvenate mind.   • Add half cup of washed mint leaves in a mixer jar.

  • To it, add sugar, rock salt and lemon juice. Grind into a fine puree.

  • Now sieve the mint mixture to remove all the fine particles.

  • Add the mint juice to a liter of chilled water, add ice cubes and mix. Adjust seasonings as per taste.
